In Quebec, the CSST obliges all businesses to have
a well-equipped first aid kit on hand at all times to
assist in the treatment of injured employees.

The kit should be accessible, well-identified, portable,
and well stocked. Minimum contents of this kit are
specified by CSST regulation.

But injuries happen, material is used and not replaced,
and sometimes people just help themselves to stuff !

So the kit is no longer up to the standard, and if the
CSST should do an inspection, there could be fines !

touched. It's often sealed to prove to the inspector
that it is full. It's a $65 insurance policy that avoids
